All too often, new stands of forage legumes are attacked by insects. Insect attack can kill plants and reduce seedling vigor. This poor stand establishment will lead to problems with weeds as well as reduced stand persistence. This publication provides information on the insects that are likely to affect forage legumes in Alabama during the first six to eight months after planting.
